Dara first qualified as a lawyer in Singapore and practiced there for several years prior to immigrating to Australia and making this my permanent home.
Since moving to Western Australia, Dara has practiced primarily in the field of litigation handling a variety of matters across a broad range of legal scenarios since 2005. His work has included representing clients in a range of Courts and Tribunals including the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts and the Court of Appeal of Western Australia, the Federal Circuit Court and the Federal Court of Australia, the State Administrative Tribunal and the Fair Work Commission.
Dara has also previously served as in-house legal counsel for two different multi-national corporations and gained considerable exposure and experience in representing parties in relation to commercial transactions and disputes.
Dara enjoys helping people to resolve their legal issues efficiently and in a cost-effective manner.
When he am not busy at the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, going to the beach and catching up with friends for a good meal.

Tim regularly appears in the Supreme and District Courts as well as the Magistrates Court. He practices in the State Administrative Tribunal.

Tim has worked on some of the most high-profile land compensation claims in Western Australia, he has gained a reputation for his robust representation. With over 20 years’ experience, Tim is an exemplary solicitor and litigator and has set precedents in law. Tim’s wealth of experience also extends to arguing for approvals for subdivision and and development approvals.
Whilst his passion and talent lie in land compensation, Tim is also well-versed in providing advice on all manner of provisions within the various Acts of Parliament, delegated legislation and regulations, local governments, town planning and environmental law.
Tim also represents clients in Court in matters related to Occupational Health & Safety. On occasion, he will take on selected criminal matters where he feels there is a need for assistance to ensure the proper administration of justice. An experienced litigator, with a strong moral compass, he knows how to raise and defend charges to ensure that the correct and preferable decision is reached.

Bronwyn is a highly skilled lawyer with a heart of gold. Bronwyn has been an imperative part of the team since 2014 and has over 15 years of experience under her belt. She has worked in various roles both in Australia and internationally. During this time, she has amassed a wealth of practical experience in a number of areas, most notably Local Government, Corporate, Employment, Occupational Health & Safety, Litigation, Property and Native Title Law.
