Tim has worked on some of the most high-profile land compensation claims in Western Australia, he has gained a reputation for his robust representation. With over 20 years’ experience, Tim is an exemplary solicitor and litigator and has set precedents in law. Tim’s wealth of experience also extends to arguing for approvals for subdivision and and development approvals.
Whilst his passion and talent lie in land compensation, Tim is also well-versed in providing advice on all manner of provisions within the various Acts of Parliament, delegated legislation and regulations, local governments, town planning and environmental law.
Tim also represents clients in Court in matters related to Occupational Health & Safety. On occasion, he will take on selected criminal matters where he feels there is a need for assistance to ensure the proper administration of justice.
